This Peruvian child development center provides holistic care for urban children from low-income families, supporting well-being in a variety of ways. Physical health is enhanced through nutritious lunches every Saturday, as well as annual medical check-ups, dental care, and screenings for eye health. Weekly counseling sessions are available, to encourage emotional health. After-school homework help is offered four days a week, and parents are welcomed into the learning process, bolstering academic success. Bible lessons and intentional discipleship nurture spiritual growth. Annual service projects, such as visiting a nursing home, develop character and hearts for ministry. Together, these opportunities work to improve the lives of children, both now and in the future.
