This Dominican Republic child development center focuses on developing computer skills, helping with after school homework, teaching English, and educating children about nutrition, a study reinforced through the daily meal they are served. Children enjoy making crafts, and they benefit from intentional spiritual formation. The children also have access to speech therapy and behavioral therapy, as well as support for learning challenges, to pave the way for greater success in life.
Most of those in this area live in extreme poverty, and some children live with only one parent or with other relatives.
